Gloworm X2 LED light

Designed in New Zealand, the Gloworm X2 is a compact twin LED light that is said to produce 1,200 lumens, and that’s meant to be the measured output, not just a theoretical figure. The machined alloy light head weighs just 79g, making it a good option for helmet mounting but the standard kit also comes with a handlebar fitting. It’s powered by good quality Panasonic battery cells which drive the X2 at full power for 2.5 hours. A remote switch lets you toggle between three power levels to further extend the run time and there’s also a handy fuel gauge on the battery. This tiny but potent light retails for $299.
