Mediterranean Odyssey
If you've ever ridden the Highland Fling, the Three Ring Circus or Polaris (back in the day), you'll probably know of Huw Kingston — he’s an all-round adventurer and the man behind Wild Horizons.
Huw is touring Australia doing a series of talks about his most recent adventure; a year-long 17,000km human-powered circumnavigation of the Mediterranean Sea.
This trip took in everything from the heights of Mont Blanc (Europe’s highest peak) to riding out winter storms whilst bobbing around the Mediterranean Sea in a rowboat. Of course there was some mountain biking too and a whole lot of adventure.
