Dubbo Evocities - Ready to Roll

The Dubbo round of the 2016 Evocities MTB series was originally scheduled to take place on the 25th September but a prolonged bout of wet weather, along with damage from 4WD’s and dirtbikes forced the event to be postponed. With some drier weather and a lot of work from both Dubbo MTB Club and local council, the event is on once again.

So lock in the 20th of November and look forward to riding the great trails at Geurie, around 20 minutes drive southeast of Dubbo. They’ll be using the Oaks and Homestead tracks, so you can expect it to be predominantly singletrack with a good mix of technical and flowing riding.

Armidale is set to host round five on the 30th October and Dubbo will follow a week later with Orange set to round out the Evocities series on the 27th of November. The Dubbo Evocities race will be a five hour multi-lap event with categories for solo riders, pairs and teams of three in a range of age divisions.

Of course Dubbo has loads more on offer for the whole family, with the Western Plains Zoo and a terific pool/aquatic centre in town.
