La Larr Ba Gauwa Park, just outside Bendigo in Victoria, is now open to riders!

The Hon Lily D'Ambrosio MP, The Hon Jaala Pulford MP, and Member for Bendigo West Maree Edwards MP, were joined by members of the local community to officially open this world class mountain bike park in Central Victoria.

Riders can enjoy 34km of trails that take advantage of the Park’s stunning views and natural granite features. A trailmap is available here: http://bit.ly/2G4Ii9m, or you can download a More to Explore App (https://apple.co/2tp5P25) for comprehensive information and interactive maps.

Eleven trails graded from blue to black diamond are on offer in the park, which is about 130km north of Melbourne.

Park in town at Harcourt and it's an easy ride to La Larr Ba Gauwa, via the off-road path that runs alongside Market Street and Picnic Gully Road. Make sure you take plenty of water with you before you leave Harcourt, though, as there is no potable water available at La Larr Ba Gauwa Park.

The project was managed by the Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning (Loddon Mallee), with funding from Regional Development Victoria's Jobs and Infrastructure Fund.

Bicycling Australia

Caleb Ewan has taken to Twitter to express frustration and devastation after missing an assured spot on Mitchelton Scott's 2018 Tour de France Team.

It's the ultimate Noosa Classic prize ... a $4000 package that includes return flights to Queensland, entry to the Noosa Classic cycling event, $2500 in cycling gear, two nights accommodation & $250 in Science in Sport products.

The Formentor is touted as a titanium speed machine from J Guillem. Bicycling Australia filmed the build, particularly the fitting of the new Rotor UNO hydraulic groupset, and Print Editor Gary Hunt filed this detailed review.
