Closing date and date of draw and announcement
Mountain Biking Australia’s Ultimate Garage Giveaway competition closes 5pm AEST, 31 March 2017, and will be drawn at 10am 3 April 2017 at 36 Wentworth St, Port Kembla NSW 2505. The draw and the announcement of the winners will be overseen by an independent scrutineer. Winners will be announced 10am 4 April 2017.
Awarding of prizes
Two prizes will be awarded – a major prize pack valued at $16,293, and a runners-up prize pack valued at $9,943. Both prizes will be awarded by random draw from received entries. The major prize will be drawn first, followed by the runners-up prize. The major prize winner will be excluded from the runner-up prize draw.
Claiming prizes
Prizes will be sent to the winners’ closest nominated dealer for assemble (where required) and pick up. It is the winners responsibility to pick up their prizes.
Winner notification
Winner will be notified via the contact details supplied, and will have one week to reply in order to initiate claim proceedings. If unclaimed after 11 April 2017, the prizes will be redrawn.
Publication of results
Results will be published on the Mountain Biking Australia website at www.mtbiking.com.au/ultimategarage.
