Vale Jordie Lunn

The global mountain biking community was in mourning last week when it was revealed that beloved pro rider Jordie Lunn had tragically died.

The 36-year old Canadian suffered a fatal head injury whilst riding in Mexico last Wednesday.

In a statement, Lunn’s family said “Jordie lost his life doing exactly what he loved.”

“Jordie had an incredible 20+ year career as a mountain biker. He will always be cherished for his heart and love that he gave to his family, friends, and fans, as well as the incredible talent that he had on his bikes.”

Lunn was well known for his stunts and as well as his time with Canada’s downhill team. He also produced a YouTube series called ‘Rough AF’ highlighting his amazing ability on two wheels.
